We offer fitness, swimming and tennis programs, so there is something for everyone as well as enough variety to keep your fitness program fresh.

Fitness Orientation
The fitness orientation is where your fitness program begins. It is included in you membership and is a great way to get started. In your orientation, you will meet with one of our certified personal trainers where they will review your past exercise and health history as well as familiarize you with our fitness equipment. This evaluation is an important part in developing a fitness program for you since the information gathered here will be the basis on which your program is built.
Personal Training
Personal Training is a great way to get the most out of your fitness program. Whether you are a novice looking to learn the proper techniques and skills needed to accomplish your fitness goals, or someone experienced in fitness looking to have someone encourage and motivate you, personal training can help you accomplish your goals.

Adult Clinic Level 1
This 8 week clinic is the perfect introduction to the gym setting. Certified personal trainers help take the mystery out of getting fit by showing participants how to use gym equipment to improve overall fitness and enhance quality of life.

Adult Clinic Level 2
This 8 week clinic is the next step. Certified personal trainers help participants build on strengths and identify their specific needs using a comprehensive fitness assessment to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and joint flexibility.

Biggest Loser
You don't have to go it alone to reach your weight loss goals. Join the next session and get inspired by other members. This group meets weekly for 10-12 weeks. Join the competition, join the fun and you'll get so much more than a smaller waistline.
Cost is $99 members / $125 non-members

Triathlon Training Club
This group meets weekly for 7 weeks during the winter and 8 weeks during the spring session to help our members prepare for triathlon season. Whether you are a seasoned triathleteor you want to prepare for your first triathlon, this club will give you the tools to do it. SWIM, BIKE RUN!

Cost is $50 members / $55 non-members
Nutrition
Attend nutrition presentations from staff nutritionists. Look for announcements posted within the club for more information.
One-on-one nutrition education is also available by appointment.
Cost is $55 for initial one hour session
Cost is $30 for a 30 minute follow-up session
