Dynamite Kids
This 8 week program for children 6-10 years old is the perfect introduction to different types of fitness activities. Kid's yoga and pilates, dance fitness, kickboxing, and fitness games are just a sample of the fun in store each week. The mission of Dynamite Kids is to help children make fitness fun and exciting so it becomes a part of their lives.

Fit Camp 4 Kids
This 8 week conditioning program is designed to springboard boys and girls ages 10-13 from the playground into the gym. Weekly sessions included weight training, cardio conditioning, balance activities, flexibility, and basic nutrition education.
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30-5:30 PM
Train 1 day a week: $149 members / $169 non-members.
Train 2 days a week: $249 members / $275 non-members.

The Powerful Athlete
This 8 week conditioning program is for student athletes 14-17 years of age. Functional training and drills are used to improve strength, speed, endurance and agility. This program is ideal for young athletes training for competitive sports.
(Training limited to 6 students per session)
